Mr Michel Nadeau is the executive director of the Institute for Governance of Private and Public Organizations. After having worked as an editorial writer and manager of the financial pages at Le Devoir from 1974 to 1984, he held several top management positions at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec for nearly 20 years. Among others, he was president of CDP Capital, the company that held over $100 billion in assets. For many years, he sat on the Committee of Corporate Governance of the Pension Investment Association of Canada (PIAC).
He is currently a board member of various private companies and non-profit organizations.
