Paule Doré

Ms. Doré is a corporate director. She joined CGI in 1990 and served in a number of roles, including as Executive Vice-President and Chief Corporate Officer when she retired in 2006. Ms. Doré has served on the board of directors of publicly listed companies, including Ault Food Limited, AXA Canada, Groupe Covitec Inc., Groupe Laperrière & Verreault Inc., Cogeco Inc., Héroux-Devtek Inc. and CGI Inc.

Ms. Doré currently serves as a director of the Institute for the Governance of Public and Private Organizations (IGOPP) and the Pointe-à-Callière Museum.
