Corporate Director

Michel Magnan is Distinguished University Research Professor of Accountancy and Stephen A. Jarislowsky Chair in Corporate Governance at the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University. His teaching and research encompasses corporate governance, corporate reporting, financial analysis and sustainability. He is a researcher and Fellow of CIRANO. He is a member of Mouvement Desjardins’ board of directors where he chairs the Audit committee. He is also a trustee and member of the investment committee of the Concordia University Employees Pension Plan. Over the years, he has been a member of various boards of directors of for- and not-for-profit organizations.
